CANCELLATION POLICY

J.Mc Salon Suite – Studio Policies A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. Your card will not be charged unless the cancellation or no-show policy is violated. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy I understand that unexpected situations arise and schedules can change. To respect both my time and that of other clients, I kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or appointment changes. Please text Jamie at 732-739-7898 as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the reserved service total. • Cancellations made within 24 hours, same-day cancellations, or no-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service total. • Future appointments may require a non-refundable deposit. Late Arrival Policy If you are running late, please text 732-739-7898. • Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late may need to have their appointment rescheduled to avoid impacting other scheduled guests. • A deposit may be required to reserve the new appointment and will be applied toward the rescheduled service. • If the appointment cannot be accommodated due to late arrival and is not rescheduled, 100% of the reserved service total may be charged.
